This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Take full responsibility for the complete delivery of Lennar's HR Technology portfolio, which includes Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, Employee Center Pro, NowMobile, Docebo, Paradox, and custom applications.
• Develop and manage an integrated roadmap that sequences projects, module deployments, and vendor releases according to available capacity.
• Oversee demand intake and prioritization, which involves validating business cases, sizing efforts, conducting trade-off analyses, and managing request outcomes.
• Collaborate with leaders from HR, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and IT to devise funded delivery plans.
• Manage financial aspects of the portfolio, including budgets, forecasts, software and services expenditures, and explanations for variances.
• Control the HR Technology release calendar for all platforms.
• Conduct feature assessments, impact analyses, adoption decisions, regression testing, sign-offs, deployments, and post-release validations.
• Establish and uphold change control standards regarding environment strategy, tenant refreshes, configuration migration, approval gates, and rollback plans.
• Lead release readiness and go/no-go reviews.
• Coordinate dependencies across platforms and safeguard integrations, service workflows, and reporting.
• Manage release communications and enablement, including release notes, training updates, and readiness for support.
• Maintain a consistent delivery rhythm across intake, planning, iteration reviews, release checkpoints, and retrospectives.
• Direct and prioritize the work of analysts and engineers, remove obstacles, and escalate issues decisively without formal reporting authority.
• Mentor the team on the quality of requirements, testing standards, and documentation practices.
• Engage in hands-on requirements, design, configuration reviews, escalated troubleshooting, and critical-cycle support.
• Manage HR Technology vendors, implementation partners, AMS providers, and managed-service partners.
• Oversee partner and contractor resources while supporting renewals, license adjustments, and vendor roadmap discussions.
• Maintain portfolio support models, which include triage standards, service levels, incident management, and problem management.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, audit, governance, and SOX-relevant controls.
• Define and report on portfolio health metrics, encompassing predictability, release quality, incidents, adoption, and realized value.
• Provide executive updates and decision briefs.
• Operate an HR Technology governance forum and keep the portfolio risk and issue register updated.
• A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, HR, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of ten years in enterprise technology delivery, with at least five years in leading HR technology delivery, programs, or a product portfolio.
• Proven experience in managing a multi-platform HR technology portfolio.
• Significant hands-on experience with Workday and at least one additional enterprise HR platform.
• Demonstrated ownership of formal release and change management processes for enterprise SaaS, including managing release calendars, regression testing, environment strategies, and go/no-go authority.
• A successful track record of leading delivery teams and cross-functional workstreams without formal reporting authority.
• Experience in managing vendors and systems integrators, including scope, SOWs, performance accountability, and escalation procedures.
• Functional fluency in core HR areas such as compensation, talent acquisition, learning, absence management, time tracking, payroll, and HR service delivery.
• Technical proficiency to assess design decisions and evaluate production viability.
• Strong executive-level communication skills, with an ability to candidly discuss risks and handle confidential information discreetly.
• Preferred: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD, Employee Center Pro, and NowMobile.
• Preferred: Experience with Docebo or similar learning platforms, as well as conversational AI recruiting tools like Paradox.
• Preferred: Certifications in Workday Pro, ServiceNow, or equivalent platforms; PMP, SAFe, Scrum, or ITIL credentials.
• Preferred: Experience managing the delivery of custom-built HR applications alongside packaged SaaS solutions.
• Preferred: Experience in large multi-brand or multi-entity enterprises (5,000+ employees), including acquisition integrations.
• Preferred: Familiarity with SOX or similar control environments as applied to HR and payroll systems.
• Preferred: Experience in homebuilding, construction, real estate, or financial services sectors.
• Ability to operate computer equipment, communicate verbally, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and carry up to 25 lbs.
