Business Readiness Director – Process and Systems Transformation, Program Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the completion of business readiness projects owned by PST and manage function-led readiness initiatives.

• Direct the strategy, planning, and execution of international deployment, ensuring that objectives, budgets, and timelines are adhered to.

• Facilitate collaboration between teams from various functions.

• Implement enhancements to processes, systems, tools, and data management.

• Collaborate with functional teams to fulfill all actions related to business readiness.

• Define and execute the international deployment strategy across eight countries, implementing all or part of S4 processes and tools.

• Engage with established companies to develop long-term international roadmaps.

• Provide clear and timely updates to all leadership levels.

• Act as a liaison with senior international leaders and functional executives.

• Mentor, guide, and support team members.

• Report directly to the PST Vice President for Raytheon.

• Travel is anticipated to be less than 25%, with 95% being domestic and 5% international.

⛳️ Requirements

• A University Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 14 years of pertinent experience; or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 12 years of relevant experience.

• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders at various levels.

• Program management experience throughout all phases (from inception to completion) for both domestic and international clients, including execution activities.

• Experience in business execution.

• Proficient in presenting and reporting to executive stakeholders at all levels.

• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience in leading business process transformation and change management is preferred.

• Background in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, including corporate or enterprise-level implementation and integration, is preferred.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.

• Leadership experience in significant transformation or change management initiatives is preferred.

• An established international network within Raytheon is preferred.

• High emotional intelligence and learning agility are preferred.

• Program Management Certification is preferred.

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information related to this program/contract.

• Candidates must reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories.
