This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Lead the management and execution of projects and programs, defining scope, schedule, budget, and cost control alongside the Product Manager.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Act as an agile coach and, when applicable, serve as Scrum Master for multiple teams.
• Facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and assist in creating high-value increments according to the Definition of Done (DoD).
• Identify, mitigate, and manage program risks.
• Oversee the allocation and efficient use of resources.
• Implement measurement systems, dashboards, and executive reports to provide visibility into progress and support data-driven decisions.
• Manage communication and expectations of stakeholders, aligning business and technology.
• Collaborate in defining contracts with suppliers and ensure their proper execution.
• Optimize digital workflows and standardize PMO processes.
• Lead agile transformation initiatives and organizational maturity efforts.
• Mentor the growth of the technical team.
• Less than 3 years of experience in agile program management within technology or software development companies, with a proven track record of successful implementations and organizational maturity growth.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams (5+) and simultaneous projects (10+) in software companies with specialized engineering teams.
• Proven experience in Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus), as well as hybrid methodologies (Agile–Waterfall).
• Comprehensive management of risks, costs, schedules, scope, quality, and resources across multiple simultaneous projects.
• Experience in managing technology project portfolios and implementing and optimizing agile frameworks at the organizational level.
• Coaching and mentoring skills; ability to facilitate agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement.
• Advanced proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, LinearB, and Azure DevOps.
• Deep understanding of DORA Metrics, Velocity, Lead Time, and Cycle Time, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills in complex matrix environments.
• Effective leadership of agile and cross-functional teams.
• Results-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and long-term vision.
• Ownership mentality and adaptability in fast-growing and changing organizations.
• Desirable agile certifications such as CSM, CSPO, ICAgile, or PMI-ACP.
• Desirable PMP or Lean (LMPC) certifications.
• Desirable knowledge in DevOps and software engineering practices.
