This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Act as the main Project Manager for Global (Non US) Clinical Training and Programming.
• Function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Global Clinical Training and Programming, navigating various time zones, cultures, and languages.
• Create and execute a sustainable Global Clinical Training and Programming strategy aimed at fostering ongoing growth.
• Oversee logistics, such as establishing virtual event platforms, sourcing clinical providers, preparing materials, and tracking reporting and evaluation metrics.
• Collaborate closely with large Jumbo clients to provide consultation on Training and Programming planning, working in partnership with internal stakeholders to advise, manage, and assist customers.
• Work in tandem with the Global team to refine strategy and execution.
• Team up with US Program Managers to strategize and coordinate training and programming initiatives.
• Ensure metrics are in place to measure the effectiveness of training and programs.
• Participate in the delivery and/or production of events when possible.
• Assume a leadership role in organizing global programming for significant events, such as World Mental Health Day.
• Possess a clinical license or its equivalent in your country.
• Have 3-5 years of experience in facilitation and event planning.
• Hold comprehensive knowledge regarding the unique global challenges, potential solutions, and Clinical Training and Programming.
• Tackle problems of varied scope where information analysis necessitates the evaluation of identifiable factors, crafting solutions from limited data and precedent while adapting existing methods to address issues.
• Strengthen relationships with senior internal/external partners, adjusting style and messaging for different audiences, often providing counsel on complex matters.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Program Management and data evaluation.
• Be proficient in Google Suite, Zoom, and other event platforms as required.
• Have a solid understanding of instructional design and content development, alongside a strong working knowledge of Adult Learning Principles.
• Be familiar with training evaluation techniques.
