This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist product engineering teams by meticulously planning milestones, conducting agile development processes, clarifying priorities, and monitoring sprints and deliverables.
• Collaborate with various technologies across the gaming organization stack, including game engines, services, and intelligent systems such as Claude Code, Cowork, OpenClaw, custom agents, and bots.
• Work closely with engineering, platform, and studio teams to synchronize prioritization, sequencing, and dependencies, while identifying risks before they impede delivery.
• Recognize areas where AI can enhance value, defining customizations, learning resources, and program strategies to promote adoption.
• Counsel game studio and platform teams on current initiatives and the integration of new tools within the overall ecosystem.
• Create and present regular training and communication materials to facilitate tool adoption.
• Develop custom AI capabilities and tools that support workflows and tasks across various functions.
• Draft status updates, decision documents, and alignment artifacts.
• Analyze usage metrics, adoption funnels, survey responses, and other engagement data to identify trends and offer recommendations.
• Establish KPIs and success metrics, designing and executing lightweight experiments such as A/B tests and cohort comparisons.
• Explore GenAI opportunities to expedite game development through stakeholder interviews and in-depth technical workshops.
• Extract insights from user research and quantitative data to formulate product roadmaps and prioritize high-return investments.
• Monitor the rapidly evolving GenAI landscape and convert relevant advancements into tangible business solutions.
• Engage and manage external vendors, shape project proposals, and supervise project deliverables.
• Collaborate with engineering and platform teams on scalable solutions for model inference, data pipelines, responsible AI compliance, safety measures, and graceful degradation.
• Over 12 years of experience in program management and/or product management, particularly with technology portfolios.
• At least 5 years of experience in the gaming industry.
• Proven product management experience, identifying user needs, establishing product strategy and roadmaps, and managing development workflows.
• Experience in partner engagements or business development within the games industry, defining projects, statements of work (SOWs), deliverables, and overseeing project execution.
• Experience managing technical vendor relationships, defining scopes of work, staffing plans, and deliverables, while tracking vendor performance against SOW terms.
• In-depth understanding of games business operations and data requirements, defining content to support decision-making, greenlight, and gate review processes.
• Strong hands-on experience with AI technologies such as Claude Cowork, ChatGPT, and M365 Copilot.
• Ability to create custom skills, tutorials, and communication materials, including written, interactive, and video content.
• Demonstrated capability to design and implement frameworks, methodologies, and toolkits for tool adoption from the ground up.
• Comfort in translating ambiguous technical objectives into structured project plans with clear milestones, owners, and dependencies.
• Experience in organizing and facilitating employee communities to promote new initiatives and enhance employee engagement.
• Proficiency in delivering executive and employee presentations, storytelling, and communications.
• Expertise in developing and executing multi-channel communication strategies and stakeholder engagement plans for global, cross-functional audiences.
• Proven ability to manage change at a portfolio level, balancing multiple concurrent programs and proactively identifying risks of change saturation.
• Exceptional facilitation skills; experienced in designing and leading workshops, readiness assessments, and cross-functional alignment sessions.
• Preferred: Familiarity with GenAI tools and intelligent automation platforms such as Google Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, and Zapier.
• Preferred: A history of driving adoption of GenAI technologies in a business context.
• Preferred: Proven track record of building alignment and driving decisions across a broad range of stakeholders.
• Preferred: Experience with experimentation or analytics tools such as dbt, Looker, Tableau, and Kragle.
