This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Design and enhance operational processes that empower PADs and partners to achieve customer lifecycle objectives (onboarding, adoption, expansion, renewals) for the VCF platform and its add-ons.
• Translate the goals for VCF platform adoption into structured workflows, tools, and KPIs that facilitate PAD execution.
• Equip partners with the necessary tools, processes, and guidance to ensure successful VCF deployment, expansion, and ongoing engagement.
• Monitor and provide insights into outcomes driven by partners, including VCF adoption, add-on attachment, usage, and retention rates.
• Implement partner programs that are in line with VCF platform adoption and expansion, supporting PAD-driven partner strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the incentives/program lead to manage rebates, activity-based incentives, and adoption initiatives.
• Oversee comprehensive incentive operations, including tracking, validation, accruals, and payout execution, ensuring precision and auditability.
• Ensure alignment with the Finance team regarding forecasting, accruals, and payout governance.
• Promote the simplification and automation of incentive structures and claims processes.
• Create and maintain executive dashboards and KPI reports to offer PADs clear insights into partner performance and VCF lifecycle metrics.
• Develop and implement PAD scorecards to ensure consistent measurement of partner performance and accountability.
• Utilize AI and automation to boost PAD efficacy, including forecasting, insights on adoption, anomaly detection, and workflow automation.
• Manage and improve partner and operational platforms (partner portals, incentive systems, certification, and performance tools) to bolster PAD execution and lifecycle visibility.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and IT to align VCF adoption goals and ensure effective program execution.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in Channel Operations, Partner Operations, or Sales Operations.
• Strong understanding of partner-led customer lifecycle models (both reseller and services).
• Experience supporting field sales or partner-facing roles (such as PADs or account teams) with data, tools, and operational processes.
• Familiarity with partner programs, incentives, rebates, and payout operations.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in creating dashboards and KPI frameworks (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience utilizing AI, automation, or advanced analytics within an operations context.
• Strong capabilities in project, process, and change management.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
