Senior Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Program Management: Direct the comprehensive execution of programs for product development, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives and customer requirements.

• Product Development Leadership: Partner with engineering, product management, and business teams to prioritize features, manage timelines, and enhance the product development lifecycle.

• SaaS Environment Expertise: Supervise the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and compliant SaaS solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices within the industry.

• Life Sciences Alignment: Utilize domain expertise to synchronize product and program strategies with regulatory mandates, market dynamics, and customer expectations in the life sciences sector.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with senior leadership, customers, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and report on program advancements.

• Risk Management: Recognize, evaluate, and mitigate risks to guarantee the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

• Change Management: Spearhead organizational change initiatives to enable smooth adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies across teams.

• Governance & Reporting: Create governance frameworks and employ metrics/KPIs to monitor progress, identify risks, and effectively communicate program health.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in program/project management, with substantial experience in product development and SaaS environments.

• Proven success in managing programs within the life sciences industry is highly desirable.

• Established track record of leading successful program/transformation implementations, including program governance with budgets exceeding 10 million USD.

• Demonstrated experience managing multiple vendors within a program.

• Experience in upgrading legacy products to scalable digital solutions in the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector.

• Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile/Scrum frameworks, SDLC, and modern software development practices. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, and project management software.

• Regulatory Expertise: Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in life sciences, such as FDA, GxP, or GDPR.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong comprehension of SaaS architectures, cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS), and scalable product development.

• Advanced/fluent English communication skills.
