Senior Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Developing the scope, deliverables, budget, and timeline of the program

• Ensuring timely delivery of the program while adhering to budget constraints

• Identifying potential risks and challenges, and formulating strategies to address them

• Maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on the program’s progress, risks, and adjustments

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including software architects, engineers, developers, and product teams

• Diagnosing technical problems and offering solutions while ensuring compliance with industry standards

• Managing project escalations and assisting in the formation of project teams

• Producing program reports for managers and stakeholders, and conveying development progress to senior management

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in overseeing complex projects that involve multiple development streams and stakeholders across various departments.

• Significant experience using JIRA

• A strong personality capable of asking difficult questions and driving issues towards resolution (Required)

• Experience in managing and delivering large data-centric programs and projects

• Ability to handle multiple initiatives and effectively communicate status, issues, and risks to executive leadership

• A strategic thinker with experience in developing integration and data platform projects

• 5+ years of program management experience
