This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Collaborate with the CTO, Engineering, Data Science, Product, and cross-functional teams to execute strategic technical initiatives.
• Oversee complex, cross-functional programs encompassing product engineering, platform, infrastructure, AI/ML, data science, and customer-facing technical workflows.
• Facilitate technical prioritization by assisting teams in aligning on business impact, engineering effort, dependencies, risks, and capacity.
• Support resource planning and capacity management across teams to maintain focus on high-impact initiatives.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans across various technical teams, detailing timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and responsible parties.
• Identify and proactively address cross-team blockers, execution gaps, and delivery risks.
• Establish and enhance operational rhythms for planning, prioritization, roadmap reviews, dependency tracking, and status reporting.
• Provide clear visibility for stakeholders regarding roadmap progress, resource limitations, technical trade-offs, and delivery confidence.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science to enhance execution quality, predictability, and cross-functional synergy.
• Prepare succinct, executive-ready updates and recommendations to aid decision-making at the leadership level.
• Over 8 years of experience in technical program management, program management, engineering operations, or a similar role within a technology company.
• Demonstrated experience leading extensive, cross-functional technical programs involving Engineering, Product, and Data Science / ML teams.
• Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle, release planning, technical dependencies, and execution risk management.
• Proven track record in driving prioritization, coordinating roadmaps, planning resources, and tracking delivery across multiple teams.
• Capability to effectively engage with both technical and business teams and influence decisions without direct authority.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience in conveying information to executive stakeholders.
• Ability to excel in ambiguous, rapidly changing, and highly collaborative environments.
