This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee intricate, cross-functional programs from inception to completion — managing scope, milestones, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
• Implement structured change management across global initiatives — covering stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption tracking.
• Prepare and present high-quality program reports and presentations for senior leadership, including the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), CEO, and Board members.
• Develop and nurture strong working relationships with senior leaders across various regions — influencing without direct authority and promoting accountability.
• Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and cross-regional collaboration sessions — taking ownership of decisions, actions, and follow-through.
• Identify risks and issues early, providing clear recommendations — operating with a strong level of independence and sound judgment.
• Establish and support process standardization across the Program Management Office (PgMO) and global initiatives.
• More than 7 years of program or project management experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives in complex, multi-region organizations.
• PMP or an equivalent certification is preferred.
• Proven experience in presenting to and preparing materials for C-suite and Board-level stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in change management — including stakeholder analysis, communication planning, and large-scale adoption measurement.
• Solid understanding of business processes — capable of constructing process documentation and templates.
• Experience with US-headquartered organizations; comfortable with asynchronous collaboration and cross-time zone delivery.
• Business-fluent in English, both written and verbal; proficiency in Spanish or Vietnamese is a significant advantage.
• Skilled in enterprise PMO tools and executive presentation platforms.
• High level of professional maturity, executive presence, and ability to work independently in an ambiguous, high-stakes environment.
• A minimum of 4 hours of daily overlap with US business hours is required.
