Senior Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead initiatives in Project Consulting for customer projects.

• Responsible for achieving the annual billable target set by the line manager.

• Provide proactive, thorough, and precise reporting for both customers and internal stakeholders.

• Possess expertise in Accounting & Tax, Legal Entity Management, HR, and Payroll.

• Act as the main point of contact for customers and HSP partners.

• Exhibit outstanding customer-facing abilities, relationship management skills, and project and program management expertise.

• Contribute to departmental processes and deliverables effectively.

• Assist with related tasks that require expertise and collaboration.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience in program and/or project management.

• Proven expertise in stakeholder management and Change Management.

• Experience in leading and managing teams is essential.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Industry experience in Payroll is mandatory; knowledge of Accounting, EOR, and/or Entity Management, along with technical knowledge related to international expansion, is an advantage.

• Familiarity with ADP Solutions, their methodologies, and applications is crucial for this role, while knowledge of Cloudpay and other Payroll vendor platforms is a bonus.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to work independently.
