Senior Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Development of Project Plans, rollout/transition strategies, RAIDS logs, and SteerCo reporting.

• Anticipating Go Live dates to ensure projects are launched on schedule and within budget.

• Collaborating with local HSP experts, fostering strong relationships and transparent communication.

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients, leading regular customer status update calls.

• Facilitate seamless transitions to BAU operations.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations leadership to identify gaps in sales productivity and prioritize initiatives for the global sales team, including process enhancements, sales pitch training/toolkits, ongoing learning, and sales playbook development.

• Develop processes and conduct GAP analysis for clients.

• When supporting Onboarding: Manage the onboarding of a portfolio of clients to HSP, which may encompass various projects, including but not limited to Payroll, Accounting, Entity Management, and HR.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience in program and/or project management.

• Proven expertise in stakeholder management and Change Management.

• Experience in leading and managing teams.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Industry experience in Payroll is essential, with knowledge of Accounting, EOR, and/or Entity Management, along with technical knowledge related to international expansion being advantageous.

• Familiarity with ADP Solutions, their methodologies, and applications is crucial for this position. Knowledge of Cloudpay and other Payroll vendor platforms is beneficial.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
