Senior Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Spearhead initiatives that necessitate coordination among Engineering, Product, Sales, and GTM to enhance and optimize the supplier network.

• Evaluate network performance metrics to extract actionable insights, pinpointing inefficiencies in the supplier lifecycle or potential avenues for revenue enhancement.

• Translate technical jargon and engineering limitations into business requirements and executive-level action strategies.

• Organize and facilitate cross-departmental workshops to address complex challenges, consolidating outputs into structured workstreams for implementation.

• Manage and improve the supplier revenue process to guarantee a seamless experience that aligns with our B2B subscription revenue framework.

• Navigate confidently across all organizational levels, from delivering updates to the Head of Strategy to engaging in detailed discussions with engineering leads.

⛳️ Requirements

• Established experience in B2B SaaS settings, particularly in the procurement or supply chain domains.

• Capability to discern meaningful trends from data amidst noise to facilitate informed decision-making.

• Expertise in contemporary project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet) and data visualization applications.

• Outstanding communication abilities with the adaptability to shift from a technical briefing to a sales strategy discussion seamlessly.

• 5-7+ years of experience in Program Management, Operations, or a comparable strategic execution position.
