Senior Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Lead and execute program control systems, which encompass schedule management, cost tracking, forecasting, risk management, and change control.

• Take ownership of essential program deliverables, milestones, and deadlines across various workstreams.

• Ensure consistency among budget, schedule, scope, and overall development goals.

• Act as a trusted advisor to the Development Leader and senior executives.

• Prepare and present program updates, dashboards, and decision-making materials to C-suite and executive stakeholders.

• Collaborate effectively with development, design, construction, finance, legal, and operations teams.

• Foster accountability across teams while cultivating strong working relationships.

• Assist the client in scaling their development program by enhancing controls, governance, and execution discipline.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10–12 years of experience in program management, project controls, or development leadership.

• Prior experience in customer-facing roles, partner engagement, customer success, account management, or strategic consulting organizations.

• Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.

• Strong expertise in program controls, including schedule, cost, risk, and reporting.

• Experience in supporting or presenting to executive and C-suite stakeholders.

• Capability to operate effectively in an embedded, client-side role.
