Senior Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of large-scale, cross-functional programs that involve various systems and business teams.

• Serve as the liaison between Product/Engineering teams and Finance/Operations stakeholders to guarantee alignment regarding requirements, workflows, and priorities.

• Convert intricate business scenarios into clear, actionable inputs for technical teams while ensuring that outputs satisfy business needs.

• Promote clarity across interrelated work streams, including data readiness, integrations, process design, and testing.

• Proactively identify and manage risks associated with data, workflows, and system dependencies early in the project lifecycle.

• Create a program structure, establish governance, and define clear ownership among teams.

• Facilitate decision-making processes and actively encourage stakeholders toward resolution when progress halts.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to communicate project status, highlight risks, and suggest potential solutions.

• Ensure that testing, validation, and go-live readiness are effectively coordinated across teams with competing priorities.

• Guide and mentor junior PMs and Business Analysts while also taking the lead on critical work streams.

• Hold teams accountable for timelines, deliverables, and decisions made.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in Program or Project Management.

• Background in Scrum/Agile environments with a focus on managing broader program delivery involving business teams.

• Proven track record of leading complex implementations that integrate both technical systems and operational processes.

• Extensive experience bridging gaps between Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders.

• Proficient in managing dependencies across integrations, data flows, and workflows involving multiple teams.

• Experience working with globally distributed teams across various time zones.

• Demonstrated capability to influence without authority and foster alignment among competing priorities.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage comfortably with senior leadership.

• Experience in managing and mentoring junior PMs and Business Analysts.

• Ability to work independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

• Possession of CSM, PMP, or similar certification.

• Familiarity with large-scale system implementations or transformation programs.

• Knowledge of data migration, testing cycles, and multi-system integrations.

• Experience in media, agency, or similarly complex operational environments.
