Senior Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the team to create project plans and implement them within specified timelines and budget constraints.

• Adjust plans to accommodate evolving customer requirements and modifications in analysis methods as new insights emerge.

• Act as the main point of contact for the customer, ensuring prompt responses and effective communication.

• Facilitate timely and appropriate decision-making.

• Assist in gathering data from customers and collaborators, ensuring adherence to data onboarding protocols.

• Maintain compliance with operational procedures and standards for data extraction, visualization, and governance.

• Record and organize requirements, success criteria, milestones, and deliverables for projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences sectors.

• Previous experience in a tech startup is highly preferred.
