Senior Program Lead – Oracle ERP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• We are seeking consulting account anchors who will be responsible for the sales and delivery of Oracle ERP programs at key client sites, demonstrating proven experience and expertise in several of the following areas:

• Shaping and marketing Oracle ERP solutions by engaging with senior stakeholders to address their business challenges within the relevant market segment.

• Overseeing the execution of Oracle ERP solutions in a program and/or workstream management capacity for large-scale transformation initiatives.

• Identifying new business opportunities and expansions within these programs to ensure Infosys Consulting is well-positioned to offer additional high-quality services.

• Managing the proactive development of proposals, emphasizing the Infosys Consulting value proposition, key differentiators, and winning themes.

• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance on Oracle Applications within pertinent industries.

• Ensuring consistent delivery of services, solutions, and products on schedule and within budget while developing processes to evaluate, understand, and incorporate business risks into client solutions and services.

• Successfully operating within a service and/or consulting organization, mentoring and guiding teams of consultants in direct, indirect, and matrixed environments.

• Coordinating relationship-building activities across teams for each client engagement to ensure they receive sound advice on critical matters.

• Taking responsibility for consulting revenues and operating margins for the key account(s) under individual oversight.

• Providing guidance to subordinate managers, actively participating in their professional growth and development through coaching, counseling, performance development, and mentoring.

• Extensive program and delivery management expertise.

• Well-established networks, relationships, and participation in relevant activities, including industry conferences, forums, and thought leadership publications.

• Capability to operate at a senior level within complex organizations, building empathy, credibility, and trust with key customers.

• Proven success in selling and delivering consulting and technology services while achieving business objectives in large corporate settings.

• Ability to thrive and excel in a dynamic and changing environment.

• Recognized proficiency in Oracle Applications, demonstrating the ability to align functional areas with business requirements to support the company’s vision.

• Strong presentation skills, comfortable presenting to large audiences and delivering engaging and inspiring presentations.

• Intuitive ability to convey complex concepts clearly, concisely, and compellingly.

• Collaborative team player, eager to lead by example and actively participate in tasks.

• Inspiring leadership style with a proven track record of motivating both direct and indirect internal teams, as well as clients, to exceed perceived possibilities.
