This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Assist in federal capital investment and infrastructure projects within the Energy, Resilience and Sustainability Division.
• Create and uphold program plans and guidelines.
• Monitor program implementation and financial activities.
• Manage reporting and documentation processes.
• Aid in governance functions.
• Support the oversight and delivery of Restoration & Modernization, Demolition, Operations & Maintenance, and MILCON initiatives.
• Help in the development and maintenance of long-term facilities restoration and modernization strategies.
• Provide consistent status updates.
• Supervise the execution of current-year facilities programs and monitor key milestones.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports.
• Assist in the creation, review, and coordination of official program documents, including Authority to Advertise, Congressional Notifications, guidance updates, and SOPs.
• Perform data analysis on restoration, demolition, and O&M initiatives.
• Prepare reports, metrics, and briefings for Government evaluation.
• Organize Capital Investment Working Group meetings, including materials, logistics, and post-event documentation.
• Develop project documentation and collaborate with stakeholders to help clients initiate priority infrastructure projects.
• Create technical and high-level briefings for decision-makers.
• Work alongside experts to deliver energy and sustainability consulting services to federal agencies.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, architecture, business, public policy, public administration).
• 4–6 years of experience in supporting Government or DoD programs, including MILCON project development, budgeting, or facilities lifecycle processes.
• Knowledge of FSRM, MILCON, demolition programs, or similar federal facilities portfolios.
• Previous experience collaborating with engineering, planning, financial, or regional teams to facilitate the initiation and monitoring of infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to coordinate among headquarters and regional command stakeholders.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in both virtual and in-person team settings.
• Skill in managing multiple projects and competing priorities under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including MS Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Employee background check is required.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
• Direct experience with Marine Corps installations facilities programs (preferred).
• Experience in preparing official program documents such as ATAs, Congressional Notifications, or SOPs (preferred).
• Familiarity with low-code or automated reporting tools and ability to support template-driven reporting (preferred).
• Experience using or supporting systems like ETMS2, FMT, or other government program-tracking databases (preferred).
