This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee Information Services program management tasks that facilitate activation.
• Create and uphold the integrated implementation schedule for Epic, technical, and third-party workstreams.
• Organize efforts among Information Services, operational teams, external partners, and vendors.
• Track program progress, recognize risks, and assist in resolving issues.
• Deliver executive-level program reporting and aid in governance activities.
• Manage implementation efforts across Epic application teams and their supporting technologies.
• Collaborate with Application Managers, the Integration Manager, and technical teams to handle cross-application dependencies, implementation milestones, and testing preparedness.
• Oversee third-party vendor operations, interface implementation, and integrated testing.
• Assist in planning for cutover, command center, go-live, and stabilization phases.
• Work with an external Program Manager to ensure a synchronized implementation plan across organizations.
• Guarantee that timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues are aligned across workstreams.
• Maintain the Integrated Master Schedule for Information Services initiatives.
• Manage risk, issue, dependency, and decision processes across participating teams.
• Develop executive dashboards, status reports, readiness evaluations, and Steering Committee updates.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of experience in healthcare IT project or program management.
• Experience in supporting Epic implementations or significant Epic activation projects.
• Proven experience in coordinating large-scale, cross-functional healthcare technology initiatives.
• Strong comprehension of Epic implementation methodologies and healthcare operational workflows.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives through influence within a matrixed environment.
