This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• The Program Manager oversees projects from inception to completion.
• Identifying and documenting project requirements.
• Assisting clients with various information security initiatives.
• Keeping all stakeholders informed about the program and budget status.
• Managing issues until they are resolved.
• Responsible for the overall health of the program throughout its entire life cycle.
• Onboarding the program team effectively.
• Assigning individual responsibilities to team members.
• Identifying the necessary resources for successful project execution.
• Developing schedules to ensure timely completion of projects and programs.
• Cultivating trusting relationships with clients by delivering successful outcomes.
• Overseeing all program activities related to key client engagements within the Advanced Fusion Center (AFC).
• May lead other contributors to program engagements, including Client Engagement Specialists, Project Managers, and Subject Matter Experts.
• Contributing to business development by identifying new opportunities and collaborating with account leadership to foster business growth with clients.
• BA or BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a client-facing Program, Project, or PMO role within a professional services organization, particularly in information security projects and programs.
• Proven program management expertise with a track record of managing cross-capability engagements across multiple clients.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Strong influential abilities and customer-focused program leadership skills.
• Experience managing information security engagements or operations is required.
• Advanced knowledge of Program Management methodologies, best practices, and tools.
• Required experience interfacing with both clients and internal business partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary, including the ability to make clear and concise presentations to diverse audiences with an executive presence.
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills are required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is essential.
• Significant experience as a consultant providing security expertise to clients is preferred.
• Up-to-date knowledge of security threats, solutions, security tools, and network technologies is strongly desired.
