This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage and oversee the entire delivery process of professional services projects, taking responsibility for outcomes across onboarding, implementation, consulting, and technical advisory programs.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring alignment on project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Ensure technical coherence in data protection across both on-premises and cloud environments by collaborating with Enterprise Architects and other technical resources to uphold delivery standards.
• Handle the creation of project documentation, handover materials, and post-engagement reports; organize knowledge transfer sessions with customer teams.
• Identify and facilitate follow-up opportunities in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Coordinate and lead initial engagement calls: establishing team roles, delivery strategies, and governance from the outset.
• Create and manage comprehensive implementation plans, monitoring milestones, deliverables, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders, providing clear guidance, managing workstreams, and maintaining momentum during delivery.
• Oversee comprehensive status reporting to all stakeholders, producing regular written updates, executive summaries, and escalation reports.
• Lead technical coordination across customer environments, partner resources, and Veeam delivery teams to ensure cohesive integration and alignment.
• Formally manage scope changes by documenting, evaluating impacts, and securing approvals prior to modifying delivery plans.
• Oversee multi-workstream engagements, including planning, milestones, and dependencies management.
• Proactively manage risks, actions, issues, and dependencies (RAID).
• Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring an accurate and current overview of the schedule, resource allocation, and project status.
• Coordinate resources from delivery partners and subcontractors, managing performance, ensuring quality, and driving accountability for agreed outcomes.
• Facilitate structured program governance by conducting regular delivery meetings, decision checkpoints, and steering reviews with both customer and internal leadership.
• Promote continuous improvement in delivery methods by identifying process gaps and implementing best practices across projects.
• Collaborate with Technical Account Managers (TAMs), Solution Architects, Support, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Contribute to the development of delivery playbooks and methodologies.
• Lead Technical Program Management efforts (e.g., Veeam Cyber Secure), acting as the Veeam program lead for complex partner-driven or channel delivery requirements.
• Act as the delivery lead for strategic channel partner projects, managing program scope, milestones, and outcomes on behalf of Veeam Professional Services.
• Build robust relationships with stakeholders across customer and internal teams.
• Own the rollout strategies and drive enablement and adoption initiatives to ensure successful outcomes for customers.
• Foster alignment and accountability for delivery results.
• Manage communications with all project stakeholders, including customers, partners, approved subcontractors, and internal account teams, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent messaging.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder engagement plans, proactively managing expectations through clear and regular communication.
• Lead change management initiatives, assessing readiness, coordinating communications, training, and tracking adoption to ensure successful implementation.
• Mentor junior team members and disseminate best practices.
• Support the standardization of delivery processes.
• Travel 20–30% as required.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, including at least 5 years in Technical Program Management.
