Senior Professional Services Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Oversee Technical Implementations, focusing on post-sale onboarding related to LMS, HRIS, CRM, Convo Intelligence, SSO, and web embed integrations.

• Set up intricate workflows and reporting solutions.

• Act as the technical lead during customer rollout initiatives.

• Personalize and Develop Content by creating specific roleplays, personas, and scorecards that align with customer workflows.

• Ensure that training and content are integrated and relevant to the roles of end users.

• Collaborate with Teams by working alongside CSMs (for adoption and training), Support (for technical troubleshooting), and Sales Engineers (for pre-sales and scoping) to foster a seamless customer experience.

• Clearly define team responsibilities to minimize overlap and enhance efficiency.

• Establish standard operating procedures.

• Work together to improve professional services pricing and packages.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess over 7 years of experience in professional services, implementation consulting, or sales engineering within the SaaS sector.

• Be proficient in technical configuration, including integrations, reporting workflows, and system setup.

• Excel in cross-functional settings, effectively managing interactions among Customer Success, Support, and Sales Engineering.

• Be enthusiastic and willing to learn and teach—eager to share your knowledge as a technical advisor while making a significant impact.

• Enjoy converting customer requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions.
