This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Guide and mentor PS Consultants to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.

• Collaborate with members of cross-functional teams.

• Support the Project Manager in defining direction, timelines, schedules, and activities for specific project areas.

• Build strong working relationships within the Epicor and Customer organizations.

• Exhibit precise estimating abilities for various project tasks.

• Ensure that all deliverables within the area of responsibility are completed on time and within budget.

• Conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions with colleagues.

• Provide training for the customer core team.

• Stay updated on skills and certifications for new or improved products.

• Achieve a certain level of certification in an area outside of core expertise.

• 7+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and/or manufacturing accounting, along with demonstrated success or knowledge.

• Preferred 5+ years of consulting experience.

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred (or equivalent experience).

• Ongoing technical certifications to stay current with industry standards.
