Senior Professional Services Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Lead the execution, upgrade, and installation projects to successful completion following CAI's methodology.

• Offer post-go-live assistance and ongoing consultancy to clients.

• Collaborate with team members across all departments to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

• Guide colleagues and new hires while providing application training.

• Uphold a high level of personal administration standards.

• Engage in team-oriented activities.

• Deliver regular status updates and activity reports in accordance with company practices.

• Acquire knowledge of CAI's products to effectively provide training and consultancy.

• Offer implementation support and consultancy at client locations as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both verbal and written communication in English and French.

• Capability to troubleshoot server and system issues.

• In-depth understanding of Windows server environments, including services, configuration, and connectivity.

• Experience in supporting installations, upgrades, and integrations.

• Familiarity with Crystal Reports.

• Knowledge of SQL Server, including the ability to write SELECT and UPDATE scripts.

• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Windows IIS.

• Background in the print industry is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• Positive mindset and consistently professional demeanor.

• Ability to establish objectives and lead both internal and external teams.

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time-management capabilities.

• Goal-oriented and adept at multitasking in a dynamic environment.

• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
