Senior Professional Education Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Direct the strategy, planning, development, and implementation of all unaccredited educational initiatives for Canadian healthcare professionals (HCPs), ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.

• Manage national educational programs which include: KOL speaker presentations, advanced webinars on various diabetes-related topics concerning CGM, content creation for both in-person and virtual educational events/workshops, presentations at HCP, Pharmacy, and Payor conferences, as well as educational podcasts focused on diabetes.

• Act as the strategic lead for speaker bureau management, including liaising and managing speakers to guarantee optimal selection, preparation, and effectiveness of educational programs.

• Spearhead the planning, development, and execution of advisory boards and insight-generation activities with HCPs in alignment with organizational objectives.

• Provide guidance on the creation of marketing materials incorporating clinician perspectives as necessary.

• Participate in scientific and medical evidence discussions regarding current products with healthcare decision-makers and KOLs.

• Manage stakeholder relations with key Canadian societies and organizations that advocate for the adoption of rtCGM as the standard of care.

• Stay informed about new and emerging clinical evidence regarding the use of rtCGM across the category.

⛳️ Requirements

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree along with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience.

• At this level, a graduate degree may be advantageous with 4 years of pertinent experience.

• Advanced understanding of Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes across the care continuum.

• Experience in supporting medical devices or digital health products.

• Proven experience in leading KOL engagement.

• Bilingual fluency in both English and French is preferred.
