Senior Professional, Automotive & Special Events

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You assist our Key Account Management in the execution of projects and events.

• You act as the professional liaison for our clients, connecting them with external partners and our SIXT rental stations.

• For specific vehicle inquiries from our clients, you take charge of generating and dispatching quotations in both national and international settings.

• Additionally, you aid in the internal and external procurement of vehicles for Automotive Testing and special events.

• You are accountable for managing schedules and deadlines while consistently updating data in our CRM systems.

• For larger projects, including international assignments, your presence on-site may be necessary. This could involve project oversight, vehicle transfers, detailing, or the preparation of special vehicles.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have completed vocational training in a commercial field or possess a degree from a university, University of Applied Sciences, or advanced technical college.

• You have substantial experience in direct customer interactions and excel at phone communication.

• You consider yourself service-oriented with a proactive approach and blend these traits with negotiation skills and assertiveness.

• You work autonomously, are solutions-focused, and have a passion for project work and teamwork.

• You are adept in standard MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and have an eagerness to learn new software.

• You are open to traveling approximately 20–30% of the time.

• You possess fluent skills in both German and English, written and spoken.
