This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Create and implement a top-tier events calendar that includes high-touch executive roundtables for Fortune 500 CISOs and significant international security summits.

• Manage all logistics from start to finish, which encompasses global vendor oversight, booth production, and on-site execution, ensuring a consistent brand experience worldwide.

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Operations to ensure that all global engagements are documented, monitored, and transformed into a quantifiable pipeline.

• Convert event data into actionable insights that drive business impact, while continually refining our global strategy in response to market trends and performance metrics.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance your workflows and craft personalized, innovative experiences for attendees.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in field marketing or event management, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of the cybersecurity sector.

• Prior experience overseeing participation at major industry conferences such as RSA or Identiverse is a considerable asset.

• Demonstrated success in executing impactful events across various regions (US, EMEA, etc.) and managing international vendors effectively.

• A proactive individual who is capable of both strategic thinking and meticulous attention to detail during on-site production.

• Recognize that the success of an event is gauged by the quality of the resulting pipeline, rather than merely the number of attendees.

• An eagerness to learn about and utilize AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Jasper, or meeting assistants) to enhance both your work and the attendee experience.

• Ability to confidently engage with CISOs and executives, representing Oasis with poise and clarity.

• A strong desire to take initiative, demonstrate your impact, and grow alongside a rapidly expanding startup.
