Senior Product Success Manager, Nutrition Pro & Enterprise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of partner accounts within professional and enterprise sports organizations.

• Spearhead the comprehensive implementation and adoption strategy for the Nutrition product.

• Establish trust-based relationships with dietitians, performance directors, and medical personnel.

• Assist organizations in creating data governance frameworks, workflow standards, and nutrition dashboards.

• Serve as the customer advocate by conveying feedback and insights to Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of your tasks.

• Oversee account health in Gainsight, proactively identify critical alerts, and formulate strategies for renewal and product expansion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background as a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) in professional, enterprise, or high-performance sports organizations.

• Extensive knowledge of sports nutrition and dietitian workflows at the elite level.

• Proven capability to navigate organizational complexities and build consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.

• Established cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Practical experience with the Teamworks Nutrition product or a similar platform.
