This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +3 more states.
β’ Spearhead the comprehensive activation of new vendor partnerships and internal tools β encompassing scoping, evaluation, go-to-market, and post-launch phases.
β’ Take ownership of the product strategy roadmap, spanning 6/12/18/24 months, collaboratively developed with the BD, commercial, GTM, operations, and product marketing teams.
β’ Deliver updates to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and facilitate cross-functional working sessions; inject structure, visibility, and momentum into intricate programs.
β’ Collaborate with product marketing to create sales materials, enablement resources, and external content.
β’ Partner with commercial and finance teams to accurately set up commission structures, pricing logic, and revenue recognition for new products.
β’ Work alongside operations teams to confirm use cases, identify requirements, and ensure that new products meet genuine frontline needs.
β’ Identify and secure a customer experience (CX) account for pilot projects; outline pilot scope, success metrics, and exit criteria.
β’ Develop and manage a product catalog and toolkit (including playbooks, one-pagers, and onboarding guides) to empower internal teams.
β’ Establish and oversee the Project Management Office (PMO) intake and governance process for new product and partnership requests across various business units.
β’ Mentor and guide the Product Manager on the team; exemplify best practices in product thinking, stakeholder management, and structured delivery.
β’ 8 to 12 years of experience in product management, program management, or a closely related field within large enterprise settings.
β’ Proven experience in leading centralized PMO or product operations functions β overseeing intake, governance, and cross-functional delivery.
β’ A history of activating partnerships or launching products from start to finish in a complex stakeholder environment.
β’ Strong executive presence; adept at presenting to and aligning SLT, commercial, and operations leadership.
β’ Experience collaborating across GTM, commercial, marketing, and operations functions to achieve product activation goals.
β’ Highly organized and methodical β capable of managing multiple workstreams, tracking dependencies, and sustaining momentum across teams.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient in distilling complex programs into clear narratives and actionable outcomes.
β’ Preference for candidates with backgrounds in BPO, contact center, CX technology, or enterprise SaaS.
β’ Previous experience with pilot design, partner onboarding, or enterprise deployment programs is a significant advantage.
