Senior Product Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Facilitate client discovery sessions to identify business challenges, objectives, limitations, and success criteria before any coding begins.

• Convert intricate and unclear client requirements into a coherent product strategy, prioritization frameworks, and phased roadmaps.

• Create and present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with assurance and credibility.

• Generate detailed requirement documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications that are aligned with business outcomes.

• Evaluate technical feasibility and integration needs in partnership with engineering leads.

• Oversee backlogs, coordinate sprints, and ensure accountability for delivery.

• Act as the product authority throughout the delivery process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in product management, product strategy, or business analysis.

• Significant experience in a client-facing, consulting, or agency delivery setting.

• Proven history of leading product initiatives in B2B SaaS, custom software, or enterprise application development.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional remote teams, including engineering, UX, and business stakeholders.

• Previous experience in various industries is preferred — relevant backgrounds include healthcare technology, fintech, real estate tech, or enterprise software.
