• Achieve sales performance, brand KPIs, financial objectives, and marketing goals to meet or surpass these targets.
• Develop a pre-call strategy utilizing SMART objectives and conduct post-call assessments to enhance sales performance continuously.
• Skillfully address objections, misunderstandings, and concerns while consistently securing logical and reasonable calls to action to finalize every sales call.
• Actively strive to meet customer needs, expectations, and challenges to foster trusted relationships and secure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Formulate and implement a call plan that meets established call metrics and optimizes coverage and frequency with key customers to maximize access and sales opportunities.
• Continuously enhance understanding of customer needs, market landscape, competitors, market segments/dynamics, accounts, diseases, products, and sales expertise, while sharing this market intelligence with the in-field team, brand team, and sales manager for alignment.
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition with assigned healthcare providers and identify, develop, and maintain relationships with disease state experts and advocates to enhance brand performance.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Studies is mandatory.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Product Specialist in the Specialty / Immunology therapy area.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is essential.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Practical knowledge and comprehension of HCPs and the requirements of the disease area.
• Solid understanding of market challenges and opportunities.
• Strong sense of ethics and integrity.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A curious mindset with a willingness to learn and improve.
