Clinical Product Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure a thorough understanding of product and market requirements, while providing support to both internal and external sales teams during commercial negotiations.

• Assist in the development of persuasive product marketing materials, such as white papers and presentations.

• Aid in completing Technical Sales Responses.

• Facilitate training sessions for internal staff and distributors on the Adaptix DT Medical and Veterinary systems.

• Oversee the management and collection of high-quality image data to highlight key benefits of the system.

• Conduct engaging training sessions to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Work collaboratively with Service and R&D teams to effectively and efficiently resolve customer issues.

• Present engaging product demonstrations to showcase the advantages of the Adaptix Medical and Veterinary Systems.

• Gather and communicate customer feedback to improve future system development.

• Support clinical trials and studies in collaboration with the R&D team and external clinical partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Radiography is required.

• Must possess current ARRT certification or an equivalent qualification.

• Demonstrated experience in product support within the radiology sector.

• Proven ability to deliver impactful product demonstrations.

• Experience in providing Applications Training in a clinical setting.

• Skilled in the development of training materials.

• A successful history of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Ability to provide concise and effective feedback to Product Management/Development regarding image quality and system functionality enhancements.

• Proven experience in effectively managing customer satisfaction challenges.
