📋 Description

• Become proficient in ServiceTitan Pro Products, particularly Conduit Tech - a LiDAR-driven platform for HVAC sales and design.

• Work closely with the Senior Directors of the Conduit team to take charge of relationships with both new and existing customers.

• Develop and execute innovative strategies to introduce Conduit to new strategic clients, enhance adoption, and promote engagement with the Conduit platform.

• Assist clients through the processes of implementation, configuration, and training for Conduit.

• Oversee complex timelines that involve multiple stakeholders, branches, and departments, ensuring that clients launch within the specified timeframes.

• Collaborate with ServiceTitan Customer Success Managers to manage a portfolio aimed at enhancing Pro Product success, retention, and ROI.

• Evaluate Conduit adoption metrics and account trends to uncover actionable insights, tailored solutions, and potential risks.

• Engage closely with users and managers at client organizations to comprehend their needs and recommend the best settings based on industry best practices.

• Actively participate in a feedback loop with Conduit's product teams to effectively convey customer experiences and quality of life requirements.

• Continuously refine processes in a dynamic, startup-like atmosphere with significant ownership and potential for impact.


⛳️ Requirements

• Background in Support, Implementation, or Account Management within a software or SaaS setting.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience managing multiple accounts with a proven success record, OR at least 1 year of experience in the home services sector.

• A BA/BS degree is preferred.

• A proactive individual who excels in fast-paced settings, demonstrating leadership, motivation, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience in a startup environment - at least 1 year in a Pre-seed through Series B setting.

• Demonstrated capability to juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, utilizing data-driven decision-making for prioritization.

• Proficiency in efficiently identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical challenges.

• A collaborative team member with strong communication and organizational skills, maintaining a positive attitude when navigating ambiguity.

• An intermediate understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
