Product Line Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide technical support and conduct research, education, and assistance to clients.

• Serve as a reliable technical and application resource for clients, Account Managers, and Product Teams.

• Aid sales initiatives by preparing accurate and compliant equipment quotations.

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of sales opportunities and customer interactions.

• Gather, analyze, and disseminate market trends and customer feedback.

• Execute live equipment demonstrations and trials.

• Offer on-site and remote assistance for equipment installation and operator training.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to applications.

• Prepare and submit detailed reports on tests and applications.

• Contribute to the research and development of new applications and processes.

• Create and deliver training programs for customers.

• Support educational programs at universities and technical conferences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in food or meat science.

• 1-3 years of technical and commercial experience in the meat industry.

• Experience in a meat laboratory, internship within the meat industry, and/or a master’s degree in Meat Science will fulfill the experience requirement.

• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
