Senior Product Specialist, ImmunoDiagnostics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Drive strategic growth for accounts related to autoimmune and IFA testing.

• Assist in the revenue advancement, strategy formulation, and implementation of autoimmune and IFA initiatives throughout the US market.

• Support Sales, Marketing, Clinical, and Technical teams by facilitating discussions and deploying content regarding autoimmune and IFA topics.

• Present and position intricate autoimmune and IFA content and solutions to stakeholders ranging from C-Suite executives to laboratory professionals.

• Clearly articulate the autoimmune testing cascades and their utilization in line with guidelines, testing criteria, and optimized workflows.

• Identify and cultivate relationships with key clinical, community, and academic laboratory thought leaders.

• Analyze information and data, draw meaningful conclusions, and collaborate with the Senior National Account Executive – Autoimmune.

• Work alongside Marketing, Operations, Market Development, District Managers, and Regional Managers on customer presentations.

• Address inquiries utilizing approved resources and communicate trends in the diagnostic and therapeutic markets.

• Engage in and support advisory boards and strategic committees.

• Collaborate with field sales and management to provide a strategic vision for autoimmune and IFA initiatives aimed at targeted laboratory customers.

• Establish key targets in the US marketplace through various programs and presentations.

• Develop and refine autoimmune messaging and strategic testing communications in partnership with marketing and sales leadership.

• Identify and empower laboratory champions and thought leaders to advocate for the IDD autoimmune testing portfolio.

• Ensure that all presentations and discussions conform to approved product indications for use.

• Support the achievement of IDD US annual sales growth targets in autoimmune and IFA, guiding conversations on competitive testing, instrumentation, and workflows.

• Assist in training new hires and participating in special projects focused on autoimmune markers, testing, and instrumentation.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor of Science Degree is required.

• 2–3 years of proven experience in the diagnostic or laboratory sector.

• A minimum of 3–5+ years of experience in consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets while managing complex sales cycles.

• A strong business acumen with the capability to develop and implement a strategic territory plan.

• Exceptional presentation and consultative selling skills at all organizational levels.

• Proficiency in CRM systems, especially Salesforce.

• Competence in the Microsoft Office suite.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Willingness to travel 70–80% within the assigned territory.

• A valid driver's license is required.

• Fluency in English is mandatory.

• Ability to mentor team members and coordinate cross-functional resources effectively.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check, including drug screening.

• Significant experience in laboratory science and autoimmune diagnostics, along with a thorough understanding of laboratory processes and functions.

• Capability to present content, solutions, cascades, and utilization criteria related to autoimmune and IFA testing.

• Proficiency in investigating and analyzing information/data and drawing actionable conclusions.

• Ability to collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, market development, clinical, and technical teams.
