📋 Description

• Take charge of the technical and operational setup for our clients.

• Convert the firm’s Standard Operating Procedures into EvenUp by establishing Smart Workflows, task plans, and document templates.

• Create, test, and enhance prompts, applying sound judgment regarding quality thresholds for initial launches.

• Write and execute SQL queries to develop customized firm reports, ensuring that data accurately meets the firm's requirements. Handle complex data mapping, including the linking of provider contact entities.

• Design end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios, conduct UAT in collaboration with extended teams, provide mock plugs for integrations, and carefully validate all use cases in staging environments to guarantee production readiness.

• Prepare training schedules, liaise with external stakeholders, and collaborate with internal operations teams to revise internal processes (e.g., mailroom/fax attribution).

• Address critical failures during rollout, identify overlooked use cases, and prioritize them in the product backlog to enhance the platform continuously.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a dynamic environment (SaaS, LegalTech, or complex Operations).

• Proven experience leading or participating in customization-intensive "system of record" implementations for large enterprise clients.

• Proficiency in writing, testing, and refining AI prompts is essential for this position. Familiarity with SQL is highly desirable.

• You are adept at testing, iterating, and making quick, sound decisions on what qualifies as "good enough" for a v1 launch versus what requires immediate attention.

• You possess the ability to expertly manage highly complex configurations, from variabilized fax cover pages to sophisticated firm-level files and integration services.

• You have a history of working directly with enterprise clients or significant external stakeholders to ensure their success.

• You understand how to create UAT scenarios, facilitate testing sessions, and swiftly prioritize bugs or scope adjustments.

🏝️ Benefits

• A selection of medical, dental, and vision insurance plans for you and your family.

• Additional insurance coverage options for life, accident, or critical illness.

• Flexible paid time off, sick leave, and both short-term and long-term disability options.

• 10 observed holidays in the US, along with Canadian statutory holidays by province.

• A stipend for home office setup.

• 401(k) available for US-based employees and RRSP for employees based in Canada.

• Paid parental leave.

• A local in-person meet-up program.

• Office hubs located in San Francisco and Toronto.
