Senior Product Scientist, Marketing Intelligence

📋 Description

• Develop product requirements and experimentation strategies for marketing measurement.

• Create and implement the experimentation framework necessary to evaluate the genuine causal effects of paid media expenditures on member acquisition, long-term retention, and sustainable LTV across all marketing channels.

• Write and maintain product specifications that convert intricate measurement and experimentation requirements into actionable technical outcomes.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Growth, Engineering, and Data Science teams.

• Establish and track the key metrics that link platform-level measurement capabilities to business-level results.

• Sustain and enhance a structured learning system that consolidates incrementality insights across channels.

• Collaborate with Legal and Privacy teams to ensure adherence to data privacy and consent regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, data science, marketing technology, or a related area.

• Strong comprehension of marketing measurement principles, including incrementality testing, media mix modeling, and multi-touch attribution.

• Proven experience working with data science or engineering teams to define requirements, develop data pipelines, and deliver measurement systems in live environments.

• Solid understanding of identity resolution, event logging, and the data architecture considerations essential for ensuring reliable, unbiased measurement across digital marketing channels.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to influence and align stakeholders across marketing, growth, engineering, and legal functions.
