Senior Product Owner – Healthcare Provider

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main product leader for provider-focused platforms and workflows.

• Take ownership of the product vision, roadmap, backlog, prioritization, and execution for initiatives related to providers.

• Propel the modernization of provider lifecycle capabilities, including: Provider onboarding, Credentialing & recredentialing, and Provider data management.

• Convert intricate business processes into scalable digital products and engineering results.

• Foster continuous improvement through the use of product analytics, operational metrics, and user feedback.

• Utilize advanced AI tools for quick ideation, prototyping, workflow visualization, and the acceleration of product design.

• Partner with: Engineering teams, Architects, Provider operations, Claims teams, Network management, Compliance, and Analytics and reporting teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

• Over 8 years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Architecture, or Provider Operations technology.

• In-depth experience in healthcare payer/provider ecosystems.

• Strong proficiency in: Provider data management, Provider contracting, Network creation and optimization, Claims and member workflows, and Credentialing operations.

• Solid understanding of agile methodologies and contemporary product operating models.

• Experience collaborating with distributed engineering teams and enterprise platforms.
