Senior Product Owner – Forward Deployed Executive, AI Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the offering narrative and outcomes:

• Establish value proposition, positioning, and reusable artifacts for your offering/Blueprint; ensure alignment between sales and delivery.

• Develop business cases (market fit, ROI, competitive positioning) and convert them into scoped Statements of Work (SOWs).

• Conduct market/use-case validation, facilitate workshops, and perform user research; transform insights into demos and initial deployments.

• Deliver in the field (forward-deployed):

• Implement Blueprints using live client data; promote rapid prototyping from use case to context to outcome.

• Serve as FDE or FDX within a two-in-the-box team; manage Organizational Change Management (OCM) and adoption alongside the technical build.

• Utilize the Anthropic-native toolset: Claude, Claude Code, Cowork, MCP servers, skills, and custom harnesses.

• Drive agentic and AI product execution:

• Define solution vision and roadmap for GenAI/agentic engagements (Claude and similar frontier models), RAG, and agentic workflows.

• Decompose complex work into incremental releases; balance delivery with technical debt and architecture considerations.

• Lead Agile execution — including backlog management, sprint planning, and release processes.

• Scale adoption and assess impact:

• Establish success metrics and analytics; foster continuous improvement and root-cause analysis.

• Facilitate change management, enablement, and create reusable playbooks to replicate successes across accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive domain expertise in **FSI and/or HCLS, preferably in a client-facing or consulting role.

• Demonstrated ability to lead or significantly contribute to a productized offering (0→1 and scale) and implement it as real client delivery.

• Proven track record of operating forward-deployed / embedded with clients (FDE or FDX), including hands-on prototyping experience.

• 5–7+ years in solution/product ownership or delivery leadership; 3–5+ years with AI/ML, GenAI, agentic systems, or data platforms.

• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Proficient in English (working language).

• Technical fluency with Anthropic-native tools.

• Practical experience with Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork; developing skills, workflows, and productivity tools for personal or team use.

• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations, connectors, and custom harnesses.

• Familiarity with GenAI/agentic patterns: prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and agent frameworks.

• Data expertise: ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, migration, and governance fundamentals.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS (primary); awareness of MLOps and AI observability.

• Proficient with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, BI (Tableau/Power BI), and Git.

• Strong background in design thinking, data-driven decision-making, effective communication, and executive storytelling.

• Proactive and action-oriented; thrives in uncertain environments with structured problem-solving capabilities. Possesses an engineering mindset and fluency in AI-native development — prototypes created with Claude Code or similar are expected, not aspirational.

• Secondary focus area beyond your primary FSI/HCLS expertise.

• Previous experience in a Premier AWS or Anthropic partner environment.

• Anthropic certification (e.g., Solutions Architect or Claude Certified track) or willingness to obtain it promptly.

• Relevant certifications: CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, AWS/Azure/GCP.

• Software development background.
