This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the product vision for each engagement: establish the essential functions of the AI solution and the rationale behind them, ensuring alignment with business owner goals, Navigator discovery insights, and the capabilities of the Accelerators team.
• Create and manage the Project Brief — the definitive statement of scope, objectives, success criteria, and limitations — which includes Business Requirements Documents, Product Requirements Documents, and relevant user stories.
• Organize and prioritize the product backlog for each sprint, determining what should be built first based on business value and prioritization frameworks developed in collaboration with Navigators and client stakeholders.
• Establish acceptance criteria from a business standpoint: ensuring it not only functions technically but also effectively addresses the problem, including clearly articulated business value KPIs that link prototype results to quantifiable impact.
• Act as the main client-facing representative and coordinator during delivery, leading weekly status meetings, scope discussions, outcome reviews, demos, and progress updates to maintain stakeholder confidence and alignment.
• Conduct sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives; facilitate transitions between Solutions Engineers, Integration, Data/ML, and the Platforms team when projects are moved to production.
• Identify, document, and escalate changes in scope, risks, and obstacles; take responsibility for the go/no-go decision at each gate in coordination with the Director of AI Delivery.
• Generate the Handoff Package: comprehensive delivery documentation that includes product specifications, integration maps, operational guides, and any materials required for the Platforms team to take over ongoing ownership.
• Collaborate with the Director of AI Delivery to ensure delivery standards, sprint velocity, and quality expectations are achieved across all concurrent projects.
• Advocate for responsible AI principles throughout the delivery process, ensuring ethical considerations, bias mitigation, data privacy compliance, and governance requirements are integrated into every product specification.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by Leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PM/PO, PMP) is highly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, or AI/software delivery, with a proven track record of owning product backlogs and delivery outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience in writing clear acceptance criteria, user stories, and product requirements for technical engineering teams working on AI/ML or software solutions.
• Strong business acumen: a proven ability to translate business challenges into well-defined AI product requirements that connect technology results to measurable business value.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts: while coding is not required, the ability to assess prototype quality against product requirements and engage effectively with Solutions Engineers regarding technical trade-offs is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills: equally effective in presenting to executives, collaborating with engineers, and managing client stakeholder expectations.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies; familiarity with sprint-based AI/ML project frameworks and rapid prototyping cycles is preferred.
• Proficient in project management and documentation tools such as Jira, Monday.com, ClickUp, Confluence, or SharePoint.
• Proficient in the Microsoft suite; knowledge of Microsoft Azure’s infrastructure is an advantage.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of building trusted relationships in complex matrix organizations.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments where multiple priorities vie for attention and organizational structures are continuously evolving.
• Collaborative working style with the ability to influence across organizational boundaries, work with peer directors, and maintain alignment without causing bottlenecks.
• Travel requirements are expected to be 10–20% for stakeholder engagement, delivery reviews, and cross-team coordination.
• Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
• Life and AD&D insurance.
• Short and long-term disability coverage.
• Paid time off.
• Employee assistance programs.
• Participation in a 401k program that includes a company match.
