This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Serve as the main point of contact for designated product domains, ensuring accountability and focus.
• Convert high-level strategies into actionable plans tailored for specific product areas.
• Establish clear objectives and measurable KPIs for product domains to monitor and showcase success.
• Clarify feature ideas and manage stakeholder expectations regarding product enhancements.
• Collaborate intimately with engineering, design, and business teams to create comprehensive integration strategies.
• Oversee product roadmaps, calendars, and processes while focusing on strategic alignment and execution.
• Maintain and refine the team backlog, ensuring prioritization aligns with organizational objectives and customer feedback.
• Draft detailed requirements, acceptance criteria, and user stories to guide development efforts.
• Continuously enhance processes for ticket grooming, sprint planning, and product documentation.
• Supervise and manage a designated tech writer, ensuring documentation aligns with product objectives and improves understanding for customers and stakeholders.
• Transform product roadmaps into concrete development schedules and actionable tickets.
• Conduct pre-sprint grooming sessions to guarantee alignment and preparedness.
• Oversee developer scheduling and resource allocation to maximize team performance.
• Identify and address blockers during sprints to maintain momentum and progress.
• Track and report on sprint performance, velocity, and productivity, applying improvements as necessary.
• Act as a liaison between Product, development teams, and stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on product, sprint, and resource performance.
• Ensure clear and concise communication channels between strategy and execution.
• Manage and mentor a designated tech writer, ensuring their contributions align with the strategic goals of the product and organization.
• Cultivate a collaborative environment where the tech writer can effectively gather input from stakeholders, SMEs, and developers to produce high-quality documentation.
• Over 7 years of experience managing product roadmaps, sprints, and resources in Agile settings.
• More than 4 years of experience in product management or ownership of enterprise integration development.
• Expert-level proficiency in Jira and Agile project management tools.
• Strong technical background in software development.
• Proficient in integration patterns and best practices.
• Proven experience successfully delivering complex integration projects.
• Advanced knowledge of API design and integration principles.
• Proficient in working with API integrations, middleware technologies, as well as JSON and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with generative AI technologies and potential integration strategies.
• Must be located in Austin or Denver.
