Senior Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage the digital product effectively;

• Conduct discovery sessions to identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost reduction, and enhanced user experience;

• Oversee product operations by monitoring key metrics (KPIs and KRs);

• Manage stakeholder relationships;

• Act as a facilitator between Labs and Business units;

• Recommend improvements for the digital product and the product area (Maturity evolution);

• Assist in developing peers;

• Plan the product with a metrics tree, roadmap, memos, etc.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of Digital Products, with a strong understanding of software development, APIs, integrations, databases, system architecture, and agile practices;

• Familiarity with Product/Performance Metrics (MAU/DAU, Engagement, Satisfaction, Retention, Monetization, Conversion, Performance, and technical metrics);

• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement and its Tools (Lean, A3, PDCA, Kaizen, Refactoring, and Refinement);

• Understanding of discovery frameworks and techniques (jobs to be done, opportunity tree, prototyping, continuous discovery, design thinking, etc.);

• Knowledge of prioritization frameworks and techniques (RICE, MoSCoW, Kano Model, value by effort, scorecard, etc.);

• Understanding of UX (qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, personas, interaction design);

• Knowledge of data analysis (basic statistics and data analysis tools);

• Familiarity with OKRs and KPIs;

• Understanding of tools for Analysis and Solutions (Answer first, Experimentation, Programmatic Creativity, breaking down problems, Step Reduction, MECE, Divide and Conquer).
