This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
β’ Take ownership of problem framing, prioritization, and outcomes for a specific product domain, evaluated through adoption, retention, margin, and onboarding time.
β’ Ensure that no item enters a sprint without a validated problem statement, defined success criteria, and acceptance criteria, while shaping a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for release.
β’ Collaborate with Architecture and Engineering to ensure that new features adhere to platform constraints, multi-tenancy boundaries, and integration dependencies, preventing technical debt in the pursuit of speed.
β’ Translate leadership decisions and quarterly priorities into a prioritized, sized, and sequenced backlog that your team can work on without ambiguity.
β’ Uphold the Definition of Ready β determine what enters a sprint, in what order, and at what MVP cut line.
β’ Maintain a continuous feedback loop from customers, transforming recurring signals into a prioritized backlog.
β’ Turn ambiguous requirements into testable user stories and acceptance criteria before they reach engineering, thereby eliminating the need for rework due to unclear scope.
β’ Serve as the sole translator between stakeholders and the team, ensuring that conflicting directives do not reach engineering.
β’ 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst, or Associate Product Manager in B2B SaaS or software product environments.
β’ Proven success in managing features from inception to completion: from problem statement to sprint-ready epic, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
β’ Strong product judgment β you instinctively steer conversations from βletβs build Xβ to βwhat problem are we solving and for whom?β
β’ Comfortable collaborating closely with engineering teams in agile, sprint-based frameworks, and capable of discussing APIs, integrations, and data flows at a meaningful level.
β’ Excellent written and spoken English skills; able to create clear epics, decisions, and stakeholder updates independently.
β’ Confidently challenge both business and technical stakeholders when necessary, and able to support your position with data and reasoning.
