This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Establish and implement Data Quality frameworks, which encompass KPIs/KQIs, control catalogs, and remediation workflows.
• Oversee Data Quality governance processes, including detection forums, incident management, tracking, and follow-up on resolutions.
• Create, launch, and enhance Agentic AI solutions to improve business processes (such as automated documentation, control generation, incident pre-triage, and reporting).
• Contribute to change management deliverables and develop communication materials.
• Promote change management and user adoption by collaborating with Data Owners, Data Stewards, and IT stakeholders (DSO, Application Owners), building capabilities on new processes and tools, providing training, delivering hands-on support, and addressing resistance to change.
• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in Data Governance and Data Quality.
• Background in regulated environments (preferably insurance or financial services).
• Comprehensive understanding of Data Governance frameworks and Data Quality principles.
• Experience with Data Governance/Data Quality platforms (such as Informatica IDMC, Collibra, DataGalaxy).
• Strong change management skills, with the ability to educate, engage, and foster adoption among non-technical stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in French (mandatory) and English.
• Practical experience in defining and implementing Data Quality controls and KPIs.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI tools, including prompting, designing, and optimizing AI agents for business applications.
• Strong analytical skills and a process improvement mindset, focusing on measurable results.
• Capability to translate technical concepts into business value, metrics, and impact.
• Experience working collaboratively with both business and IT stakeholders.
