Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead a team focused on product development to design offerings that resonate with customers.

• Collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership to establish priorities for product development initiatives.

• Engage with clients to identify market challenges.

• Drive results by defining the strategic vision and overseeing the tactical execution.

• Assist in launching products into the marketplace.

• Maintain a continuous-discovery process.

• Manage an outcome-driven roadmap.

• Act as the Product Owner within an agile framework.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software product management.

• Proven experience in conducting ongoing product discovery.

• A solid history of delivering software products throughout their entire lifecycle.

• Experience in working with Agile, Lean, or Kanban delivery teams.

• Strong proficiency in data analysis.

• Technical expertise is essential.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in bringing products to market.

• A BA/BS degree is mandatory.

• Preferred: Experience with data integration, interoperability, or iPaaS/middleware products.
