Product Manager, Mobile

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the mobile product roadmap from initial discovery to launch and ongoing iteration.

• Prioritize projects based on customer requirements, business impact, and technical viability.

• Establish product specifications and work in close collaboration with Design and Engineering teams.

• Examine user behavior, product metrics, and customer feedback to uncover growth opportunities.

• Lead experimentation, feature rollouts, and continuous enhancements to the product.

• Collaborate with Operations, Growth, and Customer Success teams to enhance the user experience.

• Define and track essential product KPIs, such as activation, engagement, retention, and conversion rates.

• Advocate for data-driven and customer-focused product decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management, ideally focused on consumer-facing mobile products.

• Demonstrated experience in managing products from the discovery phase to production.

• Experience collaborating closely with iOS, Android, or Flutter engineering teams.

• Strong analytical skills with a background in using product metrics to inform decision-making.

• Ability to convert customer insights into precise product requirements.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• An entrepreneurial spirit with strong ownership and execution capabilities.

• Comfortable working in high-growth, founder-led environments.

• Must reside in the United States and possess valid work authorization.
