This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Lead the strategy for Customer Data Products, encompassing CDP, MDM, and comprehensive 360-degree customer data capabilities across HVAC partners.
• Create a unified source of truth for customer, distributor, dealer, and service information.
• Manage the data product roadmap, ensuring prioritization and delivery are in line with business value, digital ecosystem strategy, and opportunities for revenue growth.
• Clearly define data product use cases, which include personalization, segmentation, case optimization, forecasting, and AI-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with leadership across Digital, Customer Service, Commercial, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to align data products with desired business outcomes.
• Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and digital/data teams.
• Shape and align leadership on data governance, investment priorities, and platform decisions.
• Facilitate AI-driven use cases that utilize customer data, such as predictive service insights and next-best action suggestions.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 5 years of experience in digital, data, and/or digital product leadership roles.
• More than 5 years of experience leading enterprise data initiatives, CDP/MDM programs, and/or data product teams.
• Extensive experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), MDM, or the development of enterprise data products.
• Strong understanding of customer data models, identity resolution, and data integration methodologies.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, and other enterprise data ecosystems.
• Knowledge of AI/ML use cases, data-driven personalization, and analytics platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in leading data product strategy and execution at a large scale.
• Robust background in Agile product management, roadmap planning, and backlog prioritization.
• Capability to connect data strategy to measurable business outcomes such as growth, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Excellent executive-level communication skills, with the ability to foster alignment among senior stakeholders.
