Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities in the customer and market landscape.

• Frame unclear challenges and formulate precise hypotheses.

• Conduct interviews with customers, perform market research, and analyze data to guide decision-making.

• Establish product strategy and roadmap priorities that align with the company's objectives.

• Balance the needs of customers, business goals, technical limitations, and operational realities.

• Take ownership of products from initial concept through to launch and subsequent iterations.

• Develop product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and metrics for success.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams to deliver exceptional experiences.

• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.

• Evaluate outcomes and continually enhance offerings based on data insights and customer feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Product Management.

• Strong grasp of contemporary product management principles and methodologies.

• Proven experience working in close collaboration with engineering and design teams.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to navigate uncertainty and autonomously propel initiatives forward.

• Experience in defining product requirements, prioritizing roadmaps, and evaluating results.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving proficiencies.

• Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Figma, Mixpanel, Confluence, Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, GitLab, Asana, Google Workspace, or similar.
