Senior Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate on project initiatives and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business priorities while supporting internal client requests;

• Implement and uphold the project management standards adopted by the company;

• Lead regulatory requirements and strategic projects that are defined by strict, non-negotiable deadlines;

• Ensure optimization of processes and management of execution stages;

• Identify and present both quantitative and qualitative benefits in a structured and comprehensible manner;

• Manage multiple projects and improvements simultaneously, overseeing all phases from development to closure;

• Develop budgets and schedules in collaboration with technology teams and underwriting business units, while organizing documentation and monitoring project progress;

• Plan and create processes;

• Monitor errors and drive the resolution of root causes;

• Track milestones to guarantee compliance with deadlines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs);

• Prepare status reports and assist in the creation of monitoring reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, Actuarial Technology, or related disciplines;

• Experience within an insurance company, working in product, operations, project, or continuous improvement sectors;

• Understanding of the insurance lifecycle, from sales to claims settlement, with a focus on products (specifics, policy details, and terms and conditions);

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and Azure DevOps;

• Experience in project management with a familiarity in agile methodologies (Lean, Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, among others);

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities;

• A hands-on approach;

• Leadership capabilities;

• Strong interpersonal skills;

• Analytical skills.

• Desired:

• MBA or postgraduate qualification;

• Knowledge of the Transportation insurance sector;

• Experience in creating dashboards.
