Senior Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the strategy, design, and implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions centered on Utilization Management (UM) and prior authorization applications.

• Guide agile teams, collaborate across various functions, and ensure products align with regulatory and market requirements from conception to launch.

• Articulate and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for UM and provider portal solutions.

• Convert strategic objectives into tangible product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Advocate for product discovery, prioritization frameworks, and metrics for measuring outcomes.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in UM/prior authorization workflows.

• Oversee the development and upkeep of product documentation.

• Manage the user acceptance testing process effectively.

• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.

• Recognize and promote initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, scalability, and compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in healthcare technology, particularly in Utilization Management, prior authorization, or provider portal solutions.

• Demonstrated success in leading agile teams and delivering effective UM or provider-facing products.

• Highly organized with the capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to completion.

• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Solid understanding of healthcare data formats (eligibility, claims, authorizations) and compliance standards.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Visio).
